El sistema de formaci\u00f3n virtual desarrollado por PLUS COMPLY est\u00e1 estructurado en cursos compuestos por m\u00f3dulos. Cada curso contiene recursos como videos, documentos digitalizados (formato PDF), recursos interactivos y ex\u00e1menes. Es importante tomar en cuenta que:<\/p>\n

- Cada curso es de car\u00e1cter individual.<\/li>\n
- Las credenciales de acceso proporcionados (nombre de usuario y contrase\u00f1a) le permitir\u00e1n ingresar a la plataforma y acceder a los cursos que le corresponden. Estos datos son privados e intransferibles.<\/li>\n
- Debe dedicar tiempo para leer y comprender el material de cada curso.<\/li>\n
- Puede ingresar en cualquier momento para completar o retomar sus cursos. La plataforma est\u00e1 disponible 24 horas \/ 7 d\u00edas a la semana, dentro del plazo prestablecido para su culminaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
- Pueden acceder al aula e-learning a trav\u00e9s de cualquier tipo de dispositivo conectado a internet.<\/b><\/li>\n
- No se necesitan software o requerimientos especiales para acceder al contenido y a los diversos recursos del Aula PLUS COMPLY. El Aula PLUS COMPLY trabaja solo con componentes que vienen preinstalados en la mayor\u00eda de los equipos (Windows y MAC), como Adobe Reader, Flash Player, Quicktime, Silverlight, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Si alg\u00fan elemento de un curso no se ejecuta adecuadamente, verifique:<\/p>\n

- Que los componentes antes se\u00f1alados est\u00e9n instalados y disponibles en su PC\/ dispositivo;<\/li>\n
- Que su antivirus o software de protecci\u00f3n no est\u00e9 bloqueando las ventanas emergentes o componentes del Aula PLUS COMPLY;<\/li>\n
- Que la red mediante la cual se est\u00e1 conectando al Internet no tenga restricciones para la ejecuci\u00f3n de videos en l\u00ednea (streaming);<\/li>\n
- Que los navegadores est\u00e9n actualizados y que las extensiones de navegadores como bloqueadores de anuncios o de rastreo no est\u00e9n interfieiriendo en la carga de los videos.<\/li>\n
- Que el departamento de seguridad inform\u00e1tica de su empresa no tenga bloqueado el acceso a recursos activos, videos, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n\nCada curso posee un examen que debe ser completado al final de todas las actividades contempladas. Al terminar el examen, obtendr\u00e1 un informe con el resultado. Para obtener el Certificado es necesario aprobar el examen. Es fundamental corroborar los datos personales (nombre y empresa) antes de iniciar el examen para que el certificado de aprobaci\u00f3n sea emitido sin errores.<\/p>\n
Algunos aspectos a considerar son:<\/p>\n

- Las evaluaciones son de car\u00e1cter individual.<\/li>\n
- Cada examen contiene al menos 10 preguntas.<\/li>\n
- Se evaluar\u00e1n solo los contenidos asociados al material disponible en el curso en formato de video, archivos digitalizados (formato PDF) y cualquier otro recurso que est\u00e9 disponible como parte del curso.<\/li>\n
- Para aprobar el examen se requiere un 70% o m\u00e1s de respuestas correctas.<\/li>\n
- Tendr\u00e1 dos (2) oportunidades para tomar cada examen.\u00a0TENGA EN CUENTA QUE CADA INTENTO PUEDE PERDERSE SI NO SE CUMPLE EL EXAMEN EN EL TIEMPO ESTIMADO. EST\u00c9 SEGURO DE PODER COMPLETAR EL EXAMEN AL MOMENTO DE INICIARLO, YA QUE NO PODR\u00c1N HABILITARSE INTENTOS ADICIONALES. SI EL EXAMEN ES ABANDONADO, AL VENCERSE EL TIEMPO EL SISTEMA ASIGNAR\u00c1 LA NOTA SOLO EN BASE A LAS PREGUNTAS RESPONDIDAS<\/b>.<\/li>\n
- S\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 optar a un segundo intento si no aprueba el examen en el primer intento. La nota definitiva es la \u00faltima nota aprobatoria.<\/li>\n
- Una vez presionado el bot\u00f3n de\u00a0ENVIAR SUS RESPUESTAS<\/b>, el sistema mostrar\u00e1 el resultado. Es necesario aprobar el examen para poder guardar\/imprimir el certificado correspondiente.<\/li>\n
- Podr\u00e1 acceder al certificado de cada m\u00f3dulo aprobado (de forma gratuita e ilimitada) mientras el curso est\u00e9 activo.\u00a0SOLICITAR CERTIFICADOS O INTENTOS ADICIONALES TENDR\u00c1 UN COSTO DE US$ 20 POR CERTIFICADO<\/b>.<\/li>\n
- En el certificado se imprime la eficiencia. Esta se calcula en base a la cantidad de intentos para aprobar un examen (1 \/ intentos).<\/li>\n
- Puede revisar las preguntas ya contestadas antes de finalizar el examen.\u00a0UNA VEZ QUE PULSE EL BOT\u00d3N \u201cENVIAR SUS RESPUESTAS\u201d O \u201cFINALIZAR\u201d, LAS RESPUESTAS NO PODR\u00c1N SER MODIFICADAS<\/b>.<\/li>\n
- En caso de que se detecten intentos de fraude al momento de presentar el examen, el resultado ser\u00e1 anulado por el equipo de evaluaci\u00f3n de PLUS COMPLY.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
